Cancelling all or part of your course booking.
Places on Intelligence Analysis Training Ltd courses are limited so we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refund. Once you have received confirmation of your place(s) on the training course by email you will be liable for the 100% of the training fee. If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, or reduce the numbers that you have agreed to pay for in correspondence and emails prior to the course you will be liable to pay charges depend on the amount of notice you give us, calculated from the table below.

In addition you will be required to pay 100% of any charges for accommodation, meals, rental of equipment for the course or other facilities which we cannot re-sell or cancel despite using reasonable efforts.

No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than one week before the event, except in very exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Training Programme Manager.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course under any circumstance.
In the event of cancellation of a training event by Intelligence Analysis Training Ltd, we will endeavour to inform all participants two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation etc.
Intelligence Analysis Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel or vary the dates of a Training Course, or change course content, without incurring any additional liability to any delegate or Licensor. In such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates, a full refund or a credit note.
Where dates are varied course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
